We grow hops true to their profile, ensuring your beer will have just the bittering or flavour you were aiming for.

We offer five curated hop varieties that will add that distinct, unique and reliable flavour profile to your brews, with comprehensive Certicates of Analysis available for each of them.

Our hop farm is located on a 100 acre property 10 km south of Bridgetown. The original name of the farm was “The Springs”, because of the high quality of our soil and water.
